Day 01 : Delhi
Arrive New Delhi International airport.

On arrival, the guest will be met by our
representative and transferred to hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi -
Leh
Delhi - Leh (3500 m) by plane. Afternoon at leisure. We can visit the palace
and the gompa of Leh and the Stock royal palace.
Leh :
Leh has nonetheless retained a tranquil side,
and is a pleasant place to unwind after a long bus journey. Attraction in
and around the town itself include the former palace and Namgyal Tsemo gompa,
perched amid strings of prayer flags above the narrow dusty streets of the
old quarter. A short walk north across the fields, the small monastery at
Sankar harbours accomplished modern Tantric murals and a thousand-headed
Avalokitesvara deity. Leh is also good base for longer day-trip out into the
Indus valley. Among the string of picturesque villages and
gompas
within reach by bus are shey, site of a derelict seventeenth-century palace,
and the spectacular Tikse gompa
Day 03 : Ladakh
Visit of the high Indus valley's monasteries.
Shey houses the old summer palace of the kings of Ladakh. Its gompa
shelters an amazing Buddha, 12 m high.
Day 04 : Tibetan Camp
Visit Stok royale palace, Spitok mona stery
and the Tibetan Camp of Choglamsar (Car). These two days of visit are an
excellent opportunity to get acclimatized for the Khardong La.
Day 05 : Leh - Phyang
(3600 m) - Alchi (3400 m) in 3 h. 24 km away from Leh, on the way to
Srinagar, we will visit Phyang monastery and its picturesque village. We
continue onwards to Alchi monastery, famous for its massive statues of
Buddha, its wood carving and Cashmere wall paintings.
Day 06 :
Alchi
- Ridzong
(3450 m) - Lamayuru (3420 m) in 3 h. En route, visit of Ridzong monastery,
set into stunning surroundings and hidden among the hills. We continue to
Lamayuru and visit it monastery perched at hill side.
Day 07 :
Lamayuru

Likir
(3600 m) - Nié (3800 m) - Leh in
6 h. En route, visit of Likir monastery, one of the oldest in Ladakh. Near
Nie and after an hour walk through an arid and bare land, the trail comes
across Basgo, dominated by impressive ruined fortresses. A quite stroking
succession of shortens, sanctuaries and a palace line the path.
Day 08 : Leh - Khardong La
(5400 m) - Hundar (3020 m) in 5 h. The road winds its way through mineral
landsacapes and is very desert like. From the pass, the view is superb. The
Nubra valley seems to be an island of green lost in the desert.
Day 09 : Hundar
Camal safari. It is almost incredible to see camels in these parts of the
world! The Bactriane camels were used for caravans crossing the immense
deserts of Central Asia : Taklamakan and Gobi. We can organize an extra
camel safari day.
Day 10 : Hundar - Leh
We retrace our way to cross the Khard ung
La and come back to the Indus valley. Afternoon at leisure, we can spend
some time shopping in the bazaar.
Day 11 : Leh - Delhi
Afternoon Pickup from airport and transfer to hotel and evening rest and
shopping.
Day 12 : Delhi
Full Day Free and Rest in Hotel
Day 13 : Delhi
After Breakfast some shopping and afternoon drive to Delhi.

Leh
Leh is nested in a side valley just to the north of the Indus Valley.
Until 1947 it had close trading relations with Central Asia yak trains would
set off from the Leh Bazaar to complete the stages over the Kaakoam Pass to
Yarkand and Kashgar.
Kargil
Administering the Valleys of Suru , Drass, Wakha and Bodkarbu, Kargil
lies midway between the alpine valleys of Kashmir and the fertile reaches of
the Indus Valley and ladakh
Thak Thok
Thak Thok gompa
shelters a cave in which the apostle Padmasambhava is said to have meditated
during his epic eight-century journey to Tibet.
Dhahanu
Dhahanu is situated to the south west of Leh,
around 163 Kms. passing through the beautiful villages of Kaltsey, Domkhar,

Padum
Padum is 240 km to the south of Kargil, comes as a bit of an anticlimax
Rangdum
Rangdum is an elliptical expanded plateau surrounded by colourful hills on
the one side and glacier encrusted rocky mountains on the other.
Zanskar
Walled in by the Great Himalayan Divide, Zanskar, literally " Land of
White Copper" has for decades exrted the allure of Shangri La on visitours
to Ladakh.
Zangla
Zangla is the nodal point on the popular Padum Strongdey Zangla Karsha
Padum round trip, which covers most of the cultural sites of Zanskar.
